We have a job vacancy for a Care Assistant to work within our Care Home in the Pudsey area of Leeds.
About The Role

Shift Patterns
7am - 2pm & 1pm - 8pm
Five days over seven on a rota basis - involves working alternate weekends
Or
3 long days
8am – 8pm three days over seven on a rota basis - involves working alternate weekends
Hourly rate
£10.30 - £10.80 depending on experience and training.

Deputy Manager
We have a Full Time, job vacancy for a Deputy Manager to work within our Care Home in the Pudsey area of Leeds.
About The Role
We are searching for individuals who have a passion for providing high quality care which will in turn provide a happy &
positive work place for all members of Staff. The Deputy Manager will have specific responsibility in assisting the Registered
Home Manager in the management of the home and for maintaining high standards of care practice in line with the
Company's aims and objectives.
In the absence of the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsibility for the overall management of the home. A
commitment to continuous improvement is required to ensure services enhance quality of life for people receiving care and
support from our team. You will work with a wide range of client groups; meaning you gain valuable knowledge and skills of
working with Adults with various needs. Your duties will include:
Shift Patterns
· Hours are 40 per week working between the hours of 8am to 8pm
· You will be expected to work 2 in 3 weekends on a rota basis
Hourly rate
· Starting Salary is £30,000+ dependent on experience
· A portable DBS is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities and Duties
· Delivering hands on care, safe drug administration and accurate record keeping.
· You will also develop individualised care plans ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of our Client's service users
are met.
· You will ensure service users receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.
· You would also be involved in building close relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community.
· Most importantly, you will be given the time to get to know our client's residents, and their families, enabling you to deliver a
truly personalised model of care.
· Overseeing the care team – working very closely with an experienced home manager.
· Meet CQC requirements & all relevant legislation
· Show good knowledge of governance; to ensure a safe environment for residents, staff & visitors
Qualifications and Skills
• Applicants must have level 5
• Previous care home experience is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• You must have be able to drive and have your own vehicle
