Deputy Manager We have a Full Time, job vacancy for a Deputy Manager to work within our Care Home in the Pudsey area of Leeds. About The Role We are searching for individuals who have a passion for providing high quality care which will in turn provide a happy & positive work place for all members of Staff. The Deputy Manager will have specific responsibility in assisting the Registered Home Manager in the management of the home and for maintaining high standards of care practice in line with the Company's aims and objectives. In the absence of the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsibility for the overall management of the home. A commitment to continuous improvement is required to ensure services enhance quality of life for people receiving care and support from our team. You will work with a wide range of client groups; meaning you gain valuable knowledge and skills of working with Adults with various needs.
